This V1 entry documents the verified local contract honestly. Production base URLs, payment, DNS verification, secrets, rate limits, and rollout evidence remain release-gated.
Authentication
Customer sessions manage applications and keys. The execution API accepts only bd_test_ keys locally and never accepts customer cookies.
Idempotency
Every execution and checkout command carries a stable idempotency key so retries do not duplicate usage or reveal zero-retention output twice.
States and errors
Applications, credentials, jobs, provisioning, and payments retain separate states. Disable, compromise, suspension, and revocation fail closed.
Limits and retention
Licence snapshots define words and dates. Business API V1 requires zeroRetention=true and scrubs source and output at terminal state.
The localhost gateway is complete and verified with deterministic local AI fixtures. Production Humanize_Api eligibility, payments, DNS/HTTPS domain verification, secrets, capacity, and rollout acceptance are still required.
