Bidtry stores account, organization, commerce, licence, usage, API credential metadata, AI job metadata, and support information needed to operate the service.
AI text and retention
Source and result retention is controlled by product settings and the applicable plan. Provider credentials are never exposed to browsers. Production retention periods must be published before launch.
Your controls
Account settings provide export, job deletion, session management, and account deletion workflows. Legal holds and required financial records may be handled separately.

Use the tracked contact form or the signed-in privacy controls. Bidtry privacy mailboxes are not presented as operational until DNS and delivery are verified.
